Chris is a seasoned, versatile, energetic financial executive with 20+ years of global experience in senior positions in private equity (PE), hedge funds, alternative investments, investment banking, and law. Chris is passionate, empathetic, highly adaptable individual with extensive expertise across US and International markets, building and expanding teams and businesses; team building, talent development, human-centered and client-focused; a person who employs strong analytical, technical, communication, and risk-management skills to drive decision-making and execution.

• Rachael has a passion for the lower middle market. She has extensive experience in helping them drive positive change, increase efficiency and profitability; transforming them into operationally excellent, scalable firms.
• Rachael has helped a healthcare start up from their $11M initial raise to their successful acquisition.
• More recently, she was the Senior Director of Business Innovation where she was responsible for the evaluation of internal business processes, technologies and programs and the creation of strategies and recommendations to top management for improvements as they relate to the efficiency, growth and overall performance of the company. The company that has grown 68% CAGR and led target co. due diligence in a PE sale.
• Rachael graduated as Valedictorian from Boston’s Hult International Business School, with her MBA in finance. She lives in Phoenix, AZ with her husband and sons.

Rachael is responsible for operational excellence in ensuring fund management, accuracy and compliance. She will support the investment and fundraising process alongside Michael and James.

Recently retired C-Suite executive of both public and private equity-backed healthcare companies. Most recently as CEO and President of Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, Inc., Bob boasts extensive experience in Health Care service delivery from Home and Community Based Services, Home Health (from Pediatrics to Seniors), Adult Day Health (including supports for the IDD population as well Physician Practices and Hospitals. Also possess significant risk experience obtained during his leadership tenure with Care Centrix and proven turnaround experience.

Senior Managing Partner

• Michael has over 15 years of extensive experience in lower-middle market in management experience in family-owned businesses.
• He is a 2x exit entrepreneur with buying and selling a companies as an owner-operator and investor/BOD.
• He has worked in private equity serving on the investment committee, conducting market research and financial modeling.
• Furthermore, he has experience working in Fortune 500 and other publicly traded companies managing a $300M+ P&L’s. In this capacity, he worked with key executives and a global team to ensure quality reporting to the C-Suite executives. He was also key to financial planning and analysis all while here he was able to build and design models that added clarity and transparency in the reporting process.
• He has an MBA in Corporate Finance, M&A, Private Equity and Investment Banking, and an MSc. in Finance from Hult International Business School and lives in Winchester, MA with his wife and daughters.
